Sunset is provided by Jack Wallner. By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs where these terms are silent.
Forecasts
Scores and sunset times are estimates derived from third-party weather models. They are provided for general information, may be inaccurate, and should not be relied on for safety, travel, or any decision with consequences.
Sun+
Sun+ is sold as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, through Apple. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of a free trial where one is offered. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the app or the weather service it relies on.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jack Wallner is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app or reliance on its forecasts.
Changes
These terms may change; the current version is always on this page.
