By downloading, accessing, or using Simple GLP, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Simple GLP is a personal tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing instructions, or emergency guidance. The app is not a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
Always follow the instructions provided by your healthcare professional and medication labeling. Contact a qualified healthcare professional with questions about medication timing, dosage, side effects, missed doses, or symptoms.
You are responsible for the information you enter into Simple GLP and for verifying that reminders, logs, and schedules are accurate. Notifications, widgets, watch apps, and device software can fail or be delayed. Do not rely on Simple GLP as your only reminder for medication or medical care.
If you grant HealthKit access, Simple GLP may read selected Apple Health data to show context around shot history. You control HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings and can revoke access at any time.
Simple GLP may offer optional paid features through in-app purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through Apple. Subscription management, cancellation, renewal, and refunds are handled by Apple under your Apple ID account settings.
If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Subscription access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
Unless a separate end user license agreement is provided in the app or App Store listing, Simple GLP is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You can review Apple's standard terms at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it except as allowed by law, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Simple GLP is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. The developer does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific medical or personal purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss resulting from reliance on app data, reminders, notifications, or HealthKit information.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
