Simple GLP is a personal GLP-1 shot tracking app for iPhone, Apple Watch, and widgets. The app is designed to store your shot history and optional Health context locally on your device.
Simple GLP does not sell your data, use advertising tracking, or create user accounts.
Simple GLP may request read-only access to HealthKit data to add context to a logged shot. Depending on what you allow and what is available in Apple Health, this may include:
This data is read from Apple Health and displayed in the app as personal context around your shot history. Simple GLP does not write to your health records. HealthKit data is not used for advertising, marketing, data mining, or any purpose unrelated to your personal use of the app.
You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Simple GLP.
Simple GLP stores shot events, medication plan details, schedule information, notes, symptom ratings, and optional Health context locally using SwiftData. Some data is shared with the widget and watch workflows through an Apple App Group so those experiences can work without requiring a server.
Simple GLP may offer optional Simple GLP Pro features, such as proactive alerts and pattern insights.
Purchases are processed by Apple through in-app purchase. Simple GLP uses RevenueCat to manage purchase status and entitlement checks. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-user identifier, your purchase history, and subscription status needed to verify and restore your entitlement across sessions and devices. This information is used only to deliver and restore your purchase — not for advertising or cross-app tracking. Simple GLP does not send your shot history or HealthKit data to RevenueCat.
Apple handles payment information, subscription management, cancellations, and refunds through your Apple ID. Simple GLP does not receive or store your credit card number, billing address, or Apple ID credentials.
If you use import or export features, files are processed locally on your device and shared only through the destination you choose, such as AirDrop, Files, email, or another app. Exported files may contain sensitive health information. Share them carefully.
Simple GLP may use local notifications for reminders and optional proactive alerts. Notification scheduling happens on your device. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings at any time.
Your data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, import over it, or uninstall the app. Deleting the app removes locally stored app data from the device according to iOS behavior. Because Simple GLP does not maintain a user account or server-side health database, no additional deletion request is needed for shot or HealthKit data.

Simple GLP is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
