Terms of Use

By using Daylight, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

A record, not medical advice

The app reports minutes recorded by Apple Health and calculates when the sun rises and sets. It does not diagnose a condition, recommend an amount of daylight, or make any claim about mood, sleep, vitamin D, or eyesight. Your daily target is your own preference. Do not use the app for medical or emergency decisions, and consult a qualified professional for personal health guidance.

Sun times are calculations

Sunrise, sunset, and daylight remaining are computed from your approximate location using a standard astronomical algorithm. They describe where the sun is, not the weather, terrain, or whether the light reaching you is usable. Accuracy depends on your device's time, time zone, and location permission.

Your information

You are responsible for your target, settings, and source selections. Time in Daylight is recorded by Apple Watch hardware, and the app can only report what Apple Health holds. Daylight+ may compare daylight with sleep, activity, heart, and breathing records. These are observational relationships in your own records, not proof that daylight caused a result and not medical advice.

Daylight+

Daylight+ includes the Personal Daylight Model, history past seven days, seasonal context, and deadline reminders. Model results depend on the Health data available on your device and may report that no clear relationship appears.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges your Apple Account. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings. A lifetime purchase unlocks the listed features for the supported life of the app and Apple Account.

Availability

The app may change or become unavailable. We provide it without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
