Agreement

By using Cribbage Trainer, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

The service

Cribbage Trainer provides educational cribbage practice, explanations, and original teaching examples. It is not a complete multiplayer game, referee, gambling service, or guarantee of a particular result. House rules vary.

Cribbage+ purchases

Cribbage+ is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices, periods, and any trial are shown before purchase and may vary by region. A free trial or introductory offer is available only to eligible accounts when Apple displays it.

Apple charges your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Refund requests go to Apple. Restore eligible purchases in the app.

Availability

The app is provided as available. Practice results and relationship content are general information, not a guarantee of any outcome.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app or its services change. The date above identifies the current version.

Content and intellectual property

Cribbage Trainer and its original content belong to Jack Wallner or its licensors. Use them for personal, non-commercial practice. Do not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell the app or its content except where applicable law permits.
