Baseball Savvy StatScout for Android Privacy Policy

Baseball Savvy StatScout (published on Google Play by E3 Apps) is a read-only baseball statistics app for Android. It does not require an account.

Data used by the app

The app fetches publicly available baseball statistics from a Supabase-hosted database. Network requests necessarily include technical information such as an IP address, request time, user agent, and response status. We use that information for delivery, security, and reliability. We do not use it to build a profile or track you across apps.

The players and team you follow and your preferences are stored only on your phone, in the app's private storage, and are excluded from Android cloud backup. The app does not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, location, health data, search history, or player-view history. It does not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and it has no ads.

Purchases and subscriptions

StatScout+ includes monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Monthly and yearly plans may include a free trial for eligible Google accounts, as shown by Google Play at purchase. Google Play processes payment. RevenueCat verifies purchases and entitlement status and may process an anonymous app user ID, purchase and entitlement information, simple counts of when the upgrade screen was shown (for example, how many times and on which screen), and limited technical context such as app version and device type. It does not receive the players you follow or any personal contact information. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Local preferences remain until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Supabase, Google, and RevenueCat may retain technical and transaction records under their own policies.

Deleting your data

To delete your data from Baseball Savvy StatScout (E3 Apps):

• Followed players, team, and preferences: uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android Settings > Apps > StatScout > Storage > Clear storage. None of this is stored off your phone.
• Data RevenueCat holds for your anonymous purchase ID (purchase history and upgrade-screen counts): email jackwallner+bb@gmail.com with the subject "StatScout Android data deletion". We delete it within 30 days. Google Play order records are kept by Google under its own policy and are not deleted by this request.

Children

Baseball Savvy StatScout is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The date above identifies the current version.
