Apple Health estimates

VO2 max estimates come from Apple Health. If no estimate appears, confirm Cardio Fitness access and record a qualifying outdoor walk, run, or hike with Apple Watch. Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > VO2 Max to review access.

Purchases and subscriptions

Use Restore Purchases on the VO2 Max Pro screen after reinstalling the app or changing devices. Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refunds through Report a Problem.

If an active purchase is not recognized after restoring, include the app version and device model in an email to jackwallner@gmail.com. Do not send health records or other sensitive health information.
